We are equipped to attend your business premises ‘on-site’ to complete the custom moulded earplug process which is often the preferred method when there are a large number of employees. This reduces employee ‘downtime’ to approximately 15 minutes to allow for the initial moulding process to take place. (minimum numbers apply)

Plug N Protect produces ‘on the spot’ custom-moulded hearing protection ear plugs that provide a true Class 5 protector with an SLC 80 rating of 28. They comply with the Australian hearing standards, AS/NZS1270-2002.

They are made from high-grade premium medical silicone material and come in a large variety of solid or mixed colours. The earplugs are hard-wearing yet still soft and pliable, and they will provide a comfortable, secure, and snug fit for the user. The entire process takes approximately 45 minutes. They are guaranteed to fit, as they are custom-made to your ears. The earplugs are ready for you to use immediately. Earmold Australia provides a 2-year warranty against cracking or splitting.

Plug N Protect can fit our custom-moulded ear plugs with a variety of electronic communication wires to allow the user to connect to their mobile phone, iPad, laptop, in helmet audio, two-way devices, Cardo systems etc via bluetooth or plug-in connection. Neck cords can be fitted to keep them together as a pair that will not interfere if you wear glasses or head protection and come in a small carry case.
